Free expo ticket conditions
These terms apply to free attendee tickets for the Addis Cake & Bake Expo 2026, organized by Addis Custom Trading PLC.
Free group ticket
One ticket is valid across the three expo days for the registered group: one or two adults and the children arriving with them. Registration is free. Provide accurate contact and group details and do not create duplicate tickets for the same group.
Ticket and QR use
A supplied email address or phone number must be verified before the gate QR becomes available. Keep ticket links and QR codes private. Do not sell, alter, copy, or misuse them. Admission may be refused for an invalid, cancelled, duplicated, or misused ticket.
Programs and competitions
A ticket does not guarantee a place in a limited-capacity program, masterclass, competition, or other special activity. Separate eligibility, selection, capacity, timing, and event rules may apply. Requests and applications may be accepted, waitlisted, declined, or changed by the event team.
At the venue
Attendees must follow venue, safety, queue, wristband, and staff instructions. The primary attendee is responsible for children in the group. Daily admission is recorded when staff approve the ticket at the gate.
Event changes
Published programs, speakers, competition details, rooms, and times may change. The organizer may close registration, adjust capacity, or change event arrangements when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, or circumstances outside its control.
