Addis Custom Trading PLC organizes the Addis Cake & Bake Expo. We use only the information needed to provide tickets, event services, and the choices you make on this website.
Information we collect
This may include the primary attendee's name, email address and/or phone number, group counts, ticket and verification status, program requests, competition activity, and gate-admission records. A family ticket records only the primary attendee's contact details and the number of children, not children's names or contact details.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and recover tickets, verify a contact method, provide the gate QR, manage programs and competitions, admit groups safely, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and operate and improve the expo.
Ticket messages
When you provide an email address or phone number and request a ticket, you agree to receive verification codes, ticket-access messages, and essential expo updates through the contact methods you supplied. These operational messages are separate from the optional marketing choice on the ticket form.
Optional Expo news and offers
If you select the optional marketing choice, Addis Cake & Bake Expo may send future Expo news, announcements, and occasional Expo promotions through the contact methods you supplied. You may withdraw this choice at any time. We do not sell ticket contact details.
Who may process it
Access is limited to authorized event staff and service providers that support ticketing, hosting, forms, email, SMS, analytics, and event operations. They may use the information only to provide those services or when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for event operations, security, records, and legal obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing permission, by emailing Info@addiscakeexpo.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, or law.
Site analytics
Limited site analytics help us understand which pages, campaigns, and actions are useful. Contact details, form answers, ticket codes, ticket links, and QR credentials are not analytics fields. Your choice below applies to this browser.
Analytics is on in this browser
Anonymous page and interaction measurement helps evaluate ticket and program journeys. Ticket tokens and contact details are never analytics fields.
